White wine produced in the area of Santa Margherita del Belice, a place where Palazzo Filangeri stands, known as Palazzo Gattopardo, and of the museum that houses the original manuscript of the novel by Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa, is a fresh white wine with aromas of exotic fruit, which goes well with seafood appetizers and fish first courses.
Cultivation area: Valle del Belice - Sicilia Occidentale
Vinification: The best Grillo grapes selected and harvested in boxes upon reaching optimal ripeness; transfer to the cellar in the first cool hours of the day, soft pressing, cooling of the crushed grapes and sending to soft presses, decanting and subsequent fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. The parking of the wine on the noble lees lasts for a few months.
Aging: The storage takes place at a controlled temperature, to maintain the freshness of the aromas unchanged, for about 5 months until bottling.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Hint: Intense and persistent with a scent of orange blossom and citrus fruits.
Taste: Pleasantly fresh, decisive and with a strong personality.
