The origins of this grape go back to the Middle Eastern basin of the Mediterranean. Its name derives from "Muscum" (musk) because of the intense aroma and sweet aroma. Since ancient times a sweet wine was obtained by drying the grapes.

Cultivation area: Valle del Belice - Sicilia Occidentale

Vinification: Selection of excellent Moscato grapes harvested in boxes on reaching optimal ripeness; transfer to the cellar in the early cool hours of the day, soft pressing, cooling of the crushed grapes and sending to soft presses, decanting and subsequent fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts; fermentation block with lowering of the temperature to maintain a slight sugar residue in the wine. The wine stays on the noble lees for a few months.

Aging: The storage takes place at a controlled temperature, to maintain the freshness of the aromas unchanged, for about 3 months until bottling.

Color: Straw yellow.

Hint: Aromatic typical of the grape of origin.

Taste: Delicate and intense, with a slight sugar residue.

Pairing: Sweets, ice cream, dry pastries.
